ENOS has facilitated behaviour shaping for some of the toughest clients, military personnel and rehabilitating ex-offenders.

Organisational and team alignment is a matter of life or death for military personnel who operate under constant change, needing to make split second decisions at any point and where the wrong decisions can be fatal.  Whilst behaviour shaping is a practice already in place here, ENOS was still able to affect change and drive positive results.

Ex-offenders are offenders because of their behaviours. In the UK alone re-offence costs the government and the tax payer  hundreds of thousands of pounds per re-offence. ENOS is working towards eliminating re-offence. ENOS has already applied this invaluable experience to both public sector and corporate  clients across a multitude of industries.
